I needed to have a prim-and-proper “Alice in Wonderland” style dress for this line and just go all out with puff sleeves, bows, and lush fabrics. The main shell is silk/rayon velvet with silk jacquard details. I used layers of tiered tulle in the sleeves and skirt to get the right “bell” shape and volume.
